Is it possible to program your mind?

Our life is an expression of our programs. 95% of our mind comes from our subconscious. How we can match the wishes, desires and aspirations  from conscious mind to our subconscious? You can reprogram your subconscious mind!

Conscious mind means that you can be creative, you can learn  from reading a self-help book, going to a lecture, watching a movie, you can learn also from something that you just figured it out. Conscious creative mind downloads information on many different ways. But the conscious mind and subconscious mind are not connected. If conscious mind learned something, it doesn’t mean that suconscious mind will learn this as well. The conscious mind learns through its creative processes, subconscious mind doesn’t learn that way. The subconscious mind is a habit mind. There is two ways of getting programs into subconscious mind.

The first 6 or 7 years of our life:

We downloaded information into the subconscious mind in the first six or seven years of life. In that period of life the subconscious mind is operating at a vibrational frequency of theta, which is hyonosis. Yes, that means you can download information straight into the subconscious if your mind is in a state of hyonosis. That’s one way of acquiring a program!

As a brain of a child is predominantly operating in theta hypnosis, but what do you do now when you are older?

Here is an interesting fact:

Twice a day our brain goes through a period of theta vibrational activity. Twice a day our brain is prepared to download information through hypnosis.

When you are sleeping you are at the lowest vibrational frequency, called delta. As you start to wake up, but you’re not fully awake, that’s twilight reverie; that’s where you’re just waking up, you’re still in the dream world, or you’re in the real world, you’re mixing the two; that’s period called theta. When you go from dead sleep, delta, as you begin to wake, the vibrations strat to go up and you’re in theta, where hypnosis can occur. But as you get more awake, theta gets to a higher vibration, alpha, that’s calm consciousness. You are just waking up, doing your rutines chores, you’re getting ready to leave the house, and by the time you’re getting ready to go to work or when you are at work, your brain ramps from alpha, calm consciousness, to beta, which is the act of consciousness that we usually engage in the busy world in which we live. Then you come back home, where you’ve been operating in beta mode and you start to calm down. Your brain slips into the lower vibrational frequency, alpha, calm consciousness, and as you’re  ready to go to bed, guess what? From alpha it drops down to theta, as you start to fall of to go to sleep, and when you’re finally in sleep, you go from theta to delta. So that means, as you’re going to sleep, as you are going from the alert state to the sleep state, you also pass through theta. So twice a day, your brain is engaged in theta, so in a state of hypnosis, called theta.

This is where you can use subliminal tapes or recordings to reprogram your suconscious mind. As you go to bed, if you put earphones on, with a subconscious programing to change whatewer behaviors you want to change, as you go into theta your alpha consciousness is now dissapearing, you’re in theta and in that period of theta, which is twilight reverie, the recording of the tape is being downloaded straight into the subconscious and that is how the subliminal tapes work. So if you want to change a program, you can select a recording that will have a program of the desire you wish to put into your mind and every night, as you go to bed, just put the earphones on and you will be in a process of self – hypnosis.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the first way the subconscious mind learns, but after you pass 6 or 7 years of age, your subconscious mind learns in a different way and that is called habituation. This means that you repeat something and repeat it and repeat it, the subconscious mind will download it and make it a habit. So if you want to learn an alphabet, you repeat it and repeat, and finally comes to Z. After repeating the alphabet hundreds of times there’s a point where now it’s part of the subconscious. It is now downloaded in your mind. You can now unconsciously go from A to Z, without thinking about it, because you created a habit that downloaded the alphabet.

So after you are six or seven and you want to change a program in your life, a way of doing is the conventional way and that is creating a habit. It is not that you just wish something, you have to repeat it and repeat it, you have to do it regulary. That’s how you learn how to drive a car, or the work that you do or whatever activities that you get involved with, if you repeat them, they become habits in the subconscious mind.

How to change programs in your mind?

What are the programs that you have to change in the subconscious mind? The fact is that the most of that programs are introduced to you even during the last stage of pregnancy, the last trimester and in the first six or seven years of your life.

Science has revealed that we operate 5% of our time from the conscious mind and 95% of the time our behaviors are controlled by the programs from the subconscious mind. Your life is essentially a print of your subconscious programs, that’s what you’re operating 95% of the time.

Do you want to know what your programs are? Look at your life. The things that work for you and that come to you and the things that you want come to you because you have programs in the subconscious that encourage them being there. Anything that you struggle with, anything you have to work hard at, anything you put an effort into, you’re doing that because you’re trying to overcome a program of limitation that is preventing you from going out of there. What we are struggling with in life, we are having a problem because we have subconscious programs that do not encourage that behavior. Now you automaticly know what behavior you need and want to change. They’re the ones that you have difficulty with. How do you change them?

You can use self – hypnosis, the subliminal recordings, you can change them by creating new behavioral habits that you repeat every day religiously changing the old behavior and rewriting it live every time, saying “No , don’t do it that way!” ,talking to yourself : “That’s not what I want , this is what I want!” , and if you cinstantly repeat this to yourself, habit will inevitably change that program and put it into a new program.

Your life is an expression of your programs, but if you want to change your life you can do either two things:

  1. stay in the consciuous mind and be mindful

or

  1. rewrite the programs in the subconscious mind – change the old ones with new ones.

By just talking to your subconscious mind is waste of time because there is nobody in there to respond to your new wishes and your new desires. That’s why affirmations doesn’t work as you wish them to work. You actually have to engage hypnosis or habituation.

What would be the consequence if your subconscious programs matched the wishes, desires and aspirations you hold in your conscious mind?

The fastest way to reprogram your mind is through hypnosis.
